Operation Smile is built on the foundation of volunteer support. We ensure the highest standards of care for our patients by using qualified and medically credentialed volunteers in our mission work.

Medical Professionals

Our medical volunteers are making a difference in the lives of children with cleft lip and cleft palate every day. As part of our medical team, these professionals reach out to each child, generously offering their time, knowledge and skills to heal smiles.

“Every child that has a facial deformity is our responsibility. If we don’t take care of that child, there’s no guarantee that anyone else will.”
